L E M O N J U I C E

This Story was sent by a PL to his team members, Recently.

The local bar was so sure that its bartender was the strongest man around that they offered a Rs 10,000 bet. The bartender would squeeze a lemon until all the juice ran into a glass, and hand the lemon to a patron. Anyone who could squeeze one more drop of juice out would win the money. Many people like weight-lifters, wrestlers, body builders, etc had tried over time, but nobody could do it.

One day this scrawny little man came in, wearing thick glasses and a safari suit, and said in a tiny, squeaky voice, "I'd like to try the bet." After the laughter had died down, the bartender said OK, grabbed a lemon, and squeezed away. Then he handed the wrinkled remains of the
rind to the little man.

But the ! crowd's laughter turned to total silence as the man clenched his fist around the lemon and 5-6 drops fell into the glass. As the crowd cheered, the bartender paid the Rs 10,000, and asked the little man, "What do you do for a living? Are you a lumberjack, a weight-lifter, or what?"

"No," replied the man.

"I work as a project manager in a software company ! ! "

World Environment Day

Today is World Environment Day.Every 5th of June is a day used by the United Nations to stimulate worldwide awareness of environmental issues and encourages political action. The topic for World Environment Day for 2007 is "Melting Ice – a Hot Topic?" During International Polar Year, WED 2007 focuses on the effects that climate change is having on polar ecosystems and communities, on other ice- and snow-covered areas of the world, and the resulting global impacts.

The theme of this year's World Environment Day is Melting Ice - the process by which the ice caps at the poles of the earth are melting. This is s slow but steady process whose ultimate result will be a drastic rise in the percentage of water in the earth's ecosphere, causing a flood that will leave one wishing for Noah's Ark! Global Warming plays an integral role in escalating this dangerous process, environmental pollution being the backbone of Global Warming.

Starting this World Environment Day, lets Play our Role in spreading the awareness about Global Warming and environmental pollution, by cutting down on activities that add to the toxins that are killing our ozone layer and endangering the life of every single inhabitant on Earth.

VSE Aaj Tak : The Insider News

Borivali se Bayshore tak...
This weekend two offshore guys started their journey to onsite, marking the beginning of the second season of onsite team. RR and VJ reached Ottawa at Sunday evening EDT. SP would be starting his journey this Tuesday and would celebrate his return on Thursday at the offshore.

What about this ???
When the first team to onsite was about to travel, it was "AK" who resigned. He was none other than Mr. Amit Kulkarni. When the second team to onsite is about to start, one more "AK" resigned. This time it's Mr. Kalra, who is leaving to pursue his Management Degree. While the team still has good number of AK's ....any guess who will be the next to follow.
